Men naturen viser os, at denne p\u00e5stand ikke har noget som helst grundlag.\"<\/em><\/p><p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>- Evert Bleijenberg, grundl\u00e6gger af SWARM-organisationen<\/em><\/p><p>K\u00e6re l\u00e6ser,<\/p><p>Mange teams, organisationer, initiativer og f\u00e6llesskaber starter fulde af entusiasme og masser af id\u00e9er til en \"god sag\". Og s\u00e5: endel\u00f8se, tr\u00e6ttende diskussioner, \u00e5bne eller underforst\u00e5ede magtkampe, masser af snak, men ingen handling - frustration, vrede og skuffelse ... Hvorfor er det s\u00e5dan? Og hvad kan vi g\u00f8re for at forhindre det?<\/p><h3>De hierarkiske organisationers tid er forbi<\/h3><p>Vi er alle vant til at \"fungere\" i hierarkiske strukturer. Allerede som b\u00f8rn - senest i skolen - l\u00e6rer vi, at verden er hierarkisk. Disse erfaringer former den m\u00e5de, vi t\u00e6nker, f\u00f8ler og opf\u00f8rer os p\u00e5: Frygt for autoriteter, nedprioritering af egne behov, ekstrem konformitet, m\u00e5ling af os selv i forhold til andre eller trangen til at markere os og udnytte andre. Alt dette er indpodet i os og ligger ikke i vores natur.<\/p><p><strong>Derfor har mennesker i \"den nye tid\" et st\u00e6rkt \u00f8nske om at m\u00f8de hinanden i \u00f8jenh\u00f8jde, at organisere sig og at g\u00f8re det s\u00e5 vidt muligt uden hierarkier.<\/strong><\/p><h3>Men hvad er alternativet?<\/h3><ul><li>S\u00e5dan fungerer selvorganisering<\/li><li>Hvilke rollemodeller findes der allerede?<\/li><li>Hvordan kan vi komme derhen?<\/li><li>Hvem eller hvad hj\u00e6lper os?<\/li><\/ul><p>.<\/p><p>Christiane L\u00fcpken er engageret i Society 4.0 og passende ikke-hierarkiske former for selvorganisering.
