Doch die Natur zeigt uns, dass diese Behauptung jeglicher Grundlage entbehrt.\u00ab<\/em><\/p><p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>\u2013 Evert Bleijenberg, Gr\u00fcnder von SWARM-Organisation<\/em><\/p><p>Liebe Leserin, lieber Leser,<\/p><p>viele Teams, Organisationen, Initiativen und Gemeinschaften starten voller Enthusiasmus und jeder Menge Ideen f\u00fcr eine &#8220;gute Sache&#8221;. Und dann: endlose, erm\u00fcdende Diskussionen, offene oder unterschwellig ausgetragene Machtk\u00e4mpfe, es wird viel geredet, aber nichts umgesetzt \u2013 Frust, \u00c4rger und Entt\u00e4uschung\u2026 Woran liegt das? Und was k\u00f6nnen wir tun, um das zu verhindern?<\/p><h3>Das Zeitalter hierarchischer Organisationen ist vorbei<\/h3><p>Wir alle sind es gewohnt, in hierarchischen Strukturen zu &#8220;funktionieren&#8221;. Schon als Kinder &#8211; sp\u00e4testens in der Schule &#8211; lernen wir, dass die Welt hierarchisch ist. Diese Erfahrungen pr\u00e4gen uns in unserem Denken, F\u00fchlen und Verhalten: Angst vor Autorit\u00e4ten, eigene Bed\u00fcrfnisse zur\u00fcckstellen, extreme Anpassung, sich mit anderen messen oder der Drang sich zu profilieren und andere zu \u00fcbervorteilen. All das ist uns anerzogen und liegt nicht in unserer Natur.<\/p><p><strong>Deshalb haben Menschen der &#8220;neuen Zeit&#8221; den starken Wunsch, einander auf Augenh\u00f6he zu begegnen, sich selbst zu organisieren und \u00a0dabei m\u00f6glichst ohne Hierarchien auszukommen.<\/strong><\/p><h3>Doch was ist die Alternative?<\/h3><ul><li>Wie funktioniert Selbstorganisation<\/li><li>Welche Vorbilder gibt es bereits?<\/li><li>Wie k\u00f6nnen wir uns dahin entwickeln?<\/li><li>Wer oder was hilft uns dabei?<\/li><\/ul><p>.<\/p><p>Christiane L\u00fcpken\u00a0 engagiert sich f\u00fcr Society 4.0 und dazu passende nicht hierarchische Formen der Selbstorganisation. Sie ist Mitglied in unserem Visionskreis.
