Guest: Bertram Verhaag
Bertram Verhaag has been making documentaries for almost 40 years as part of his own production company Denkmal-Film. He has made around 140 films. Among them 10 feature-length cinema productions. Consistently, persistently and sustainably, as a producer, author and director he feels exclusively committed to political, environmental and socio-political topics.
By placing people at the centre of his films and portraying them who intervene in social issues, he hopes to give courage with his films. No one should impotently submit to the dogma "...there's nothing you can do about it anyway."
