Whoever wants to take advantage of it, in return brings his talents and inclinations into the community - also children and older people, according to their age, in a suitable form. Everyone is allowed to take on a task that they are happy to perform. In this way the system creates the best conditions for success at all levels.<\/p><p>There are no limits to the variety of applications. From assistance in the social sector to the design of public spaces, artistic performances and administrative activities, every contribution is equally welcome. Each individual can contribute a maximum of 50 hours per month to his or her Active Basic Income. The average hourly wage is 20 Gradido (GDD), so that 1000 Gradido (GDD) can be earned per person per month.<\/p><p>Most people will use the remaining time to take on other tasks or to advance their career. The concern that the productivity of society could dwindle to a worrying minimum is unfounded, since the healthy and satisfied individual has a quite natural and pronounced desire for growth and development. Participation in the Active Basic Income is voluntary.
