The Favorite City Volunteer Clinic shines as a role model far beyond the city limits.\"<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dear Reader,<\/p>\n<p>in favorite city, the hospital was of central importance. The clinic not only provided medical care to residents, but was also an important employer in the city. Patients had to travel long distances to distant specialized clinics, where they were often treated only as outpatients. Their task is to develop a viable solution to save the hospital and ensure care for the residents.<\/p><p>The successful rescues of the shoe factory and the brewery serve as a model.\u00a0<\/p><p>It is decided to develop a partially volunteer operating model for the hospital as well, supported by the Gradido volunteer compensation system. Breakfast and dinner are prepared by volunteers. That is why we cooperate with other clinics in the area as well as with volunteer-run transport services.<\/p><p>This model has not only led to the reopening of the hospital and the renewed provision of essential health services to the people of Favorite City - it is also creating a new sense of community among residents.
