Samal aastal sai temast \u0160veitsi juhtide ausameelsuse fondi juhtiv liige, mille eesm\u00e4rk on tugevdada juhtide isiksust ja profiili kristliku \u00e4rieetika m\u00f5ttes. Selle tegevuse raames osaleb ja esineb ta regulaarselt konverentsidel ja muudel juhtidele v\u00f5i ettev\u00f5tjatele m\u00f5eldud \u00fcritustel.
