Quel effet a-t-il sur le syst\u00e8me immunitaire ? Nous en parlons dans cet \u00e9pisode avec le professeur Dr Sonia Lippke.<\/p><p>Sonia Lippke est une psychologue de la sant\u00e9 qui se concentre sur la promotion de la sant\u00e9 fond\u00e9e sur la th\u00e9orie et les preuves. Elle a d\u00e9j\u00e0 effectu\u00e9 de nombreuses recherches dans ce domaine, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 (davantage) diverses th\u00e9ories et mod\u00e8les et test\u00e9 des programmes.
