In datzelfde jaar werd hij vooraanstaand lid van de Swiss Leaders' Integrity Foundation, die tot doel heeft de persoonlijkheid en het profiel van managers te versterken in de zin van de christelijke bedrijfsethiek. In het kader van deze activiteiten is hij een regelmatige deelnemer en spreker op conferenties en andere evenementen voor managers of ondernemers.
