Maar de natuur laat ons zien dat deze bewering geen enkele basis heeft.\"<\/em><\/p><p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>- Evert Bleijenberg, oprichter van de SWARM-organisatie<\/em><\/p><p>Beste lezer,<\/p><p>Veel teams, organisaties, initiatieven en gemeenschappen beginnen vol enthousiasme en met veel idee\u00ebn voor een \"goed doel\". En dan: eindeloze, vermoeiende discussies, openlijke of subliminale machtsstrijd, veel gepraat maar geen actie - frustratie, boosheid en teleurstelling... Hoe komt dit? En wat kunnen we doen om dit te voorkomen?<\/p><h3>Het tijdperk van hi\u00ebrarchische organisaties is voorbij<\/h3><p>We zijn er allemaal aan gewend om in hi\u00ebrarchische structuren te \"functioneren\". Zelfs als kind - op zijn laatst op school - leren we dat de wereld hi\u00ebrarchisch is. Deze ervaringen vormen de manier waarop we denken, voelen en ons gedragen: Angst voor autoriteit, onze eigen behoeften op de lange baan schuiven, extreme conformiteit, onszelf meten met anderen of de drang om onze stempel te drukken en te profiteren van anderen. Dit wordt ons allemaal ingeprent en zit niet in onze natuur.<\/p><p><strong>Daarom hebben mensen in de \"nieuwe tijd\" een sterk verlangen om elkaar op ooghoogte te ontmoeten, om zich te organiseren en om dat zoveel mogelijk zonder hi\u00ebrarchie\u00ebn te doen.<\/strong><\/p><h3>Maar wat is het alternatief?<\/h3><ul><li>Hoe zelforganisatie werkt<\/li><li>Welke rolmodellen bestaan er al?<\/li><li>Hoe komen we daar?<\/li><li>Wie of wat helpt ons?<\/li><\/ul><p>.<\/p><p>Christiane L\u00fcpken zet zich in voor Society 4.0 en geschikte niet-hi\u00ebrarchische vormen van zelforganisatie.
