We were just sitting at the interview with Andrea for the Congress "Less is more" and today we are joining forces. We, that's Bernd and Alexandra! The founder of GRADIDO and the founder of the association "Institute for the promotion of a new start for people".

Before the interview, neither of them knew about the other. And now the idea of working together is in the air.

Together? Why?

GRADIDO has a vision of global prosperity, peace and freedom for all people - in harmony with nature. Behind it are people who are driving this peaceful transformation forward. Spreading, developing and building a network are the daily topics.

The INSTITUTE RESTART (short form) also has a vision - or correctly described: a purpose of existence and this is: "We contribute to a working world in which companies, entrepreneurs and employees jointly realize a successful and happy working life - for the benefit of each individual and society."

In this way, both initiatives are helping to change the world and making their contribution.

INSTITUT NEUSTART helps GRADIDO when it comes to people who are needed in the team. But also when it comes to entrepreneurs who can contribute to GRADIDO. GRADIDO can benefit greatly from the INSTITUT NEUSTART network.

In return, GRADIDO offers INSTITUT NEUSTART the creation of a contribution to the common good in the form of Gradidos. The Institute's team works almost without financial compensation. Gratitude and appreciation should be expressed and now the commitment of the team can be appreciated. With Gradidos (Gradido = Gratitude / Dignity / Donation!)!

People, cooperation and networking - this is what characterizes both initiatives and will now connect them.
