The age of hierarchical organizations is over. People in the "new age" have a strong desire to meet each other at eye level, to organize themselves and to do so without hierarchies wherever possible.

Have you seen it yet? Since the end of May we have our new community platform, which we call Gradido Circles. Now you can communicate with other Gradido participants in safe spaces (called "Spaces") and get more and more in touch.
Cooperation with Society 4.0
The 'great cooperation' continues to develop. Christiane Lüpken, who is committed to Society 4.0 and suitable non-hierarchical forms of self-organization in Germany, is an active member of our Vision Circle, whose task is to foster cooperation with like- or similarly-minded organizations, projects and initiatives.
Integrated cooperation platform expected in May
We plan to launch our new cooperation platform in May 2024. It is integrated into the Gradido account. After a test phase in the Gradido Academy, it will become a fixed component of all decentralized Gradido servers.

Gradido 2.0 - Decentralized Gradido Server
Gradido becomes decentralized! With Gradido 2.0, we can now fulfill the wish of many participants to organize their community autonomously. This brings us a big step closer to the dream of a human, decentralized compensation system.

Favorite city 13 - On the road with friends: The honorary driving service 'Favorite city coachman'.
Volunteers drive people around the city and surrounding villages. They drive the elderly to the doctor, pick up children from school and bring working people safely to work. They organize shopping services and much more.
Favorite city 12 - Neighbors become partners: self-sufficiency through solidarity farming
The big common goal of achieving food self-sufficiency excites the residents of Lieblingsstadt. Once again, it becomes clear that cooperative approaches are far superior to competitive thinking.
