We are on an exciting journey together:
As visionaries of a 'New Earth', we are gradually realizing prosperity, peace and freedom for the human family - in harmony with nature. We often overlook how far we have already come. Today we would like to make you - and all of us - aware of the milestones we have achieved together in recent years and what awaits us in the next twelve months. Today, we are focusing largely on the technical development of the Gradido platform, as this will be the prerequisite for us to be ready for a large-scale decentralized launch in due course.

Our milestones to date - from 2022 to today

2022

Development of the new responsive design for the Gradido account, multilingual user interface, Gradido links and QR codes, creation of common good contributions with moderator chat directly in the Gradido account. Start of preparations for the decentralized community future with automated tests, log files and optimized user guidance.

2023

Cooperation, e.g. with Menschlich Wirtschaften and Intra.ID. New moderator roles and optimized moderation of common good processes. Storytelling formats, e.g. "Favorite city". Webinars and video trailers ensure visibility. The Gradido calculator and the DankBar make participation easier and the vision tangible.

2024

Development of the cooperation platform "Gradido Circles" - co-creative environment for circle culture and swarm organization. 
Extension of the platform with meeting and video meeting module. Pilot circle starts with the tools of the sociocratic circle organization method SKM. Massive technical development of the Gradido account: Upgrade to Vue 3 in the front end and admin interface, test integration of Distributed Ledger Technology DLT (further development of blockchain technology). 

2025

Project-based registration, space categories and improved group functions to enable online congresses and symposia. Research into the ethical use of AI. Development of "Crea", the AI agent for appreciative dialog for the common good. Geographic Member Search (GMS) goes into public beta and supports real connection on the ground. Gradido DELTA launches as a decentralized secure chat with AI support - initially on an experimental basis, from May as a public beta for all Gradido participants. Online congresses, AI assistance, cross-community innovations and modern communication channels will become the new basis of our interaction.

As a reminder: GradidoTransform (GDT) are points of gratitude for the time of transformation. In contrast to Gradido, they are not subject to transience. They are used for transformation and can later be converted into Gradido.

And this is planned - roadmap until spring 2026

June/July 2025

Integration of the automation platform n8n starts - processes can be controlled even more efficiently. Cross community transactions via Gradido link with automated e-mail notifications. Account management becomes more flexible: changes to user names and e-mail addresses are possible.

Summer/fall 2025

Gradido circles open up to all communities. Store module with integrated Gradido advantage develops from alpha to beta to stable version in September. User avatars for personal transactions and user profiles are introduced. The connection to distributed ledger technology (DLT) begins experimentally (September) and goes into public beta in November.
December 2025/January 2026: Creation of Gradidos in several communities (home/guest community) will be tested and will start as a beta for all participants at the beginning of 2026.

February/March 2026

Individual "Community Branded Gradidos" will be tested and then launched publicly in beta mode.

April 2026

Launch of triple money creation: public budgets, equalization and environmental funds are now directly supported by the Gradido system - a quantum leap towards the common good and genuine socio-ecological transformation.
