Bernd Hückstädt, founder of Gradido, is a trained sound engineer, communications engineer and mathematician. Since his youth, he has been concerned with the extreme differences between rich and poor. This ultimately led him and his partner to found the Gradido Academy as an independent research institute for economic bionics in order to bring Gradido, the new remuneration system for people and nature, to the world.
