Guest: Dr. Markus Strauß
Dr. Markus Strauß is the author of numerous publications on the subject of edible wild plants as well as the initiator and director of the university certificate course "Expert advisor for self-sufficiency with edible wild plants".
In 2015, he founded the Edible Wild Plant Parks Foundation, or Ewilpa® for short. Its goal is to establish a new and modern form of agriculture. This is achieved by creating park landscapes in which edible wild plants are established and allowed to run wild in a controlled manner.
